What one feels when going camping is not just in our heads!
Doctors say what the japanese know for years, spending time in the woods is good for body and mind. They call this practice shinring-yoku (forest bath) and has been known to have the power to counter a series of illnesses. I think it is due to a combination of being outdoors without the typical structures/barriers one finds in the city, and a simpler way of living.
What do you think?
